Welcome to Pitch Beast! These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the
Pitch Beast mobile application, website, and related services ("Services") provided by Pitch Beast
LLC ("we," "our," "us").
By creating an account, accessing, or using our Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not
agree, do not use our Services.
1. USE OF THE APP
- You must be at least 13 years old (or 16 in certain jurisdictions) to use Pitch Beast.
- You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration and in
your profile.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- You may not share your account or access credentials with others.
2. SUBSCRIPTIONS & BILLING
- Pitch Beast offers subscription-based access to premium features. A free trial may be available for
new users.
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the end of the billing period.
- Payments are processed securely via third-party providers (e.g., Apple, Google).
- You may cancel your subscription at any time through your app store or platform provider.
- We do not offer refunds for unused time or partial months unless required by law.
3. FREE TRIAL & LIMITED ACCESS
- We may allow limited use of certain features (e.g., pitch sessions or chat access) without
registration.
- Once the free quota is used, continued access may require starting a free trial or purchasing a
subscription.
4. USER RESPONSIBILITIES- You agree not to upload or submit harmful, abusive, unlawful, or misleading content.
- You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the app or its features.
- You are responsible for any content you submit, including pitch data and profile information.
5. AI-GENERATED RESPONSES & FEEDBACK
- The Sales Assistant and Pitch Practice features provide automated feedback powered by AI.
- While designed to be helpful, these outputs are for training purposes only and may not always be
accurate.
- You should always use your own judgment when applying suggestions provided by the app.
6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
- All content, branding, design, and technology in Pitch Beast are the property of Pitch Beast LLC or
its licensors.
- You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
7. TERMINATION
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion if you violate
these Terms or misuse the platform.
- You may also delete your account at any time through the app.
8. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
- Our Services are provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties or guarantees
regarding performance, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.
- We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free or available at all times.
9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pitch Beast LLC will not be liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
- Losses related to business, income, or sales.
- Errors in AI feedback or user reliance on generated responses.
10. CHANGES TO THE TERMS
We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll notify you via the app or email when changesoccur. Continued use of the app after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
11. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, United States, without regard to conflict
of law principles.
